Exports and destination support vary. We do not promise that all histories, notes, documents, gift cards, packages or saved payment information can transfer.

Can every record be transferred?
No blanket guarantee applies. We agree a written scope after reviewing your exports and Square’s supported fields.
Should I close my existing account first?
Keep access while the migration is being checked and preserve your original exports. Decide when to retire the account after reconciliation.
Can you install the hardware too?
We offer Square POS setup and installation in the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers area. We assess your existing equipment and requirements first.
Will clients receive messages?
Booking creation and reminders can generate customer communications. The behaviour depends on the method and settings, so we test it before the main import.
